Hospitality & Real Estate

Client Overview

Laga is a lifestyle destination on the shores of Kuta Beach, Lombok, bringing together a world-class padel and wellness club, hospitality, events and beachfront residential living in one place. Co-founded by former GB No.1 padel player Frankie Langan, the club combines five international-standard padel courts with wellness facilities, dining, social spaces and a limited collection of beachfront villas (Villa Aruna and Villa Muara).

Laga approached WebGX off the back of two successful projects, Cocoon Reserve and Mawi Valley, looking for a partner who could bring the same standard of design and performance to a more ambitious, multi-part brand: part sports club, part hospitality destination, part property investment offering

The Challenge

Laga needed a website that could do three jobs at once:

  • Introduce a destination that didn’t exist yet, selling a vision as much as a place
  • Present two distinct villa offerings (Aruna and Muara) with clear specs and investment details for prospective buyers
  • Capture and qualify leads for “Early Access” and “Discovery Call” enquiries, and track those conversions properly from day one

Because Laga is targeting an international audience considering a significant property investment, the site needed to build trust fast: through design quality, clear information, and social proof (Frankie Langan’s credentials, construction progress, editorial content).

What We Have Done

Design & Development
We built a site on Webflow that leads with atmosphere: full-bleed beachfront imagery, a calm and confident visual tone, and a clear content hierarchy that moves visitors from the “Laga Living” brand story through to specific villa pages (Villa Aruna, Villa Muara), the team, and a live construction feed so prospective buyers can see the destination taking shape in real time.

SEO
On-page SEO was built around the terms this audience is actually searching for, padel in Lombok, beachfront villas Lombok, and Southeast Asia property investment, supported by an ongoing content programme (the Laga Journal) covering topics like sustainability in Lombok and the island’s growing padel and food scenes.

Google Analytics & Conversion Tracking
We implemented Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to track visitor behaviour across the site, with conversion tracking set up on the two key actions that matter most to Laga’s sales pipeline: “Get Early Access” and “Book Discovery Call” submissions.

Advanced Conversion Tracking
Beyond standard form-fill tracking, we layered in advanced conversion tracking to give Laga visibility into higher-intent behaviour, such as engagement with specific villa pages and the construction feed, so the team can better understand where serious buyers are in their decision journey and follow up accordingly.
