Client Overview

Nuro Life is a rapidly expanding wellness brand that is dedicated to encouraging healthier lifestyles by providing high-quality, scientifically backed natural products and lifestyle supplements. With a growing product range and an increasing demand on the internet, Nuro Life sought a digital transformation in order to provide an easy, enjoyable and reliable online shopping experience that represented their values. The goal was to capture the market’s largest share and increase conversion rates for sales and create a sustainable eCommerce platform that would support their long-term expansion.

The Challenge

Before engaging WebGx, Nuro Life’s existing website suffered from multiple issues that hindered their business goals. The site was built on a legacy platform that lacked the flexibility and performance necessary to accommodate rapid growth. Users of the site experienced poor loading times, with an average of seven seconds. This caused increased bounce rates and frustrated potential customers. The website was old-fashioned and did not have uniform branding, which adversely affected the trust of customers as well as their loyalty.

It was found that the responsiveness of smartphones and tablets were not enough; this was an important problem since over 60% of visitors accessing the website were using smartphones or tablets. Checkout was incredibly complicated, with multiple steps, and required additional information input. This led to a lot of cart abandonment, and wasted revenue opportunities.

Design driven by brand and user:

The result was a contemporary and modern visual language that aligned exactly with NuroLife’s health philosophies that blends soft colours, crisp typography and stunning photographs. Wireframes and prototypes were extensively analyzed by diverse user groups to verify the accessibility of our products and to increase emotional engagement.

Mobile-First Development:

Because of the dominance of cellphones, we went for a mobile-first approach. This led to faster loading times, flexible design and user-friendly interfaces. This has significantly increased the number of users who are mobile and converting.
